CAL has successfully undertaken large debenture issues in FY22 for a diverse client base

FY22 recap: CAL has played a significant role in undertaking large debenture issuances for its clientele in the Banking and NBFI sectors: with each debenture issue being over LKR 5 bn. The LKR 10 bn debenture issue for Peoples Leasing was the largest NBFI sector debenture issue to date. Similarly, the HNB, Sampath Bank and Seylan Bank debenture issues are some of the largest banking sector debenture issuances to be listed on the CSE.
