FY22 recap: CAL was the sole transaction advisor to Technomedics International (Pvt) Ltd on its acquisition of JF&I Packaging (Pvt) Ltd. While managing the end-to-end transaction process, CAL was also able to devise a new and exclusive transaction structure by bringing in a consortium of HNIs for 30% of stake in the company. This stands true to CAL’s drive for dynamism in rapidly evolving financial markets.
