Open Your CAL Online Account
Apply in minutes with our simple online registration process
Download the CAL Online app from the Apple App Store or Google Play , or visit portal.cal.lk .
Select Sign Up to begin creating your CAL Online account.
Register using your NIC, mobile number, and email address.
Sign Up for Your Treasuries Account
Getting Started
Go to your Dashboard and view the Treasuries widget.
Click "Sign Up" and complete the Treasuries application form.
Submit your application for review and approval.

Sign Up for Your Treasuries Account
Getting Started
Go to your Dashboard and view the Treasuries widget.
Click "Sign Up" and complete the Treasuries application form.
Submit your application for review and approval.
Choose your investment
Log in to the CAL Online Portal or CAL Mobile App.
Click Invest in gov.securities.
Browse the available Treasury Bills and Treasury Bonds, then select the security you wish to invest in.
Enter your investment amount and proceed to complete your investment.
Complete your payment
Option 1: Bank Transfer
Minimum Investment: Rs. 500,000
Account Name: Capital Alliance Ltd
Bank: Seylan Bank – Millennium Branch
Account Number: 0864-00040312-003
Transfer the displayed amount from your CAL-registered bank account to the bank account shown above.
Return to the CAL Online Portal or CAL Mobile App and submit your investment request.
The transfer must be made from your CAL-registered bank account.
Transfer and Create- For Direct Investment with (JustPay)
Option 2: Instant Bank Transfer (JustPay)
For investments between Rs. 40,000 and Rs. 149,940, select Settle via Instant Bank Transfer and confirm the payment.
Your bank account will be debited automatically, and your investment request will be submitted in one step.
Maximum investment: Rs. 149,940.
Track Your Portfolio
Stay up to date with your Treasury Bill and Treasury Bond investments through the CAL Online Portal or CAL Mobile App.
With your portfolio, you can:
View your current Treasury Bill and Treasury Bond holdings.
Track maturity dates and monitor upcoming maturities.
View the status and value of your investments.
Reinvest your funds into a new Treasury Bill or Treasury Bond when your investment matures.
Access your investment history anytime.
Complete your payment
Option 1: Bank Transfer

For investments between Rs. 40,000 and Rs. 149,940, select Settle via Instant Bank Transfer and confirm the payment.
Your bank account will be debited automatically, and your investment request will be submitted in one step.

Track Your Portfolio
Stay up to date with your Treasury Bill and Treasury Bond investments through the CAL Online Portal or CAL Mobile App.
With your portfolio, you can:
View your current Treasury Bill and Treasury Bond holdings.
Track maturity dates and monitor upcoming maturities.
View the status and value of your investments.
Reinvest your funds into a new Treasury Bill or Treasury Bond when your investment matures.
