What has changed with the Unit Trust collection account (HNB to Deutsche Bank)?

We’ve moved our Unit Trust collection account from HNB to Deutsche Bank.

The HNB collection account will no longer be used going forward.

What are the benefits of using the Deutsche Bank account?

  • There are no limits for fund transfers
  • No need to upload proof of payment when you are submitting your creation request
  • Smoother processing of your funds
  • A simpler investment experience

Will this change when my investment reflects on the portal?

Processing timelines remain the same.

  • Request before 9:00 AM: Shows by the end of the next working day
  • After 9:00 AM: Shows within 2 working days
  • Equity funds (e.g. QEF): Will take 1 extra day

Can I still use the old HNB account or fund accounts?

The HNB collection account will be discontinued for Unit Trust transfers in May. Please use the new Deutsche Bank account going forward.

Fund accounts will still be operational, but we recommend switching to the new account.
