To successfully appoint or update a nominee, please follow these guidelines:

  • Submission Method: The Unit Trust holder must visit our office physically to hand over the hardcopy document. We cannot accept digital submissions or third-party handovers.
  • Required Documents: You must provide NIC copies and the current address for all nominees.
  • Address Proof: If the nominee’s current address differs from the one listed on their NIC, a valid address proof document must be attached.
  • Multiple Nominees: you can appoint more than one person. Simply specify the percentage allocation for each nominee on the form.
  • Minor Nominees: You may nominate individuals under 18. In these cases, you must provide their Birth Certificate or Passport along with proof of address.
